1. Who these guidelines are for

These guidelines apply to anyone who requests an artist profile, submits music, or manages creator content on ZongaMack. They work together with our Terms of Service, Content Policy, and Copyright rules.

2. Getting started

• Sign in with the account you will use for your artist activity
• Request an artist profile with accurate name and details
• Wait for approval before treating your profile as public on ZongaMack
• Use one primary artist identity — do not create confusing duplicate names for the same act

3. Your artist profile

Your public profile should be truthful and professional:

• Use your real artist name as known to fans
• Provide a clear profile image you have the right to use
• Write an honest bio; avoid fake claims or copied text from other artists
• Add social links only to accounts you control
• Do not impersonate another artist or brand

4. Uploading music

When you submit a track:

• Submit only music you own or are fully licensed to distribute
• Include correct title, primary artist, and featured credits
• Use accurate genre, credits, and description information
• Provide playable audio and suitable cover art
• Expect review before release — approval is not automatic

We may limit how often you can submit content to reduce spam and protect quality. See our Content Policy for what is allowed.

5. Rights and clearances

You are responsible for having rights to:

• The recording and the songwriting / composition
• Featured artists and collaborators
• Samples, interpolations, and cover versions
• Artwork, logos, and images
• Lyrics and written materials you publish

If a valid rights complaint is received, content may be removed and repeated problems may affect your account. Read our Copyright & DMCA page.

6. Titles and credits

• Do not put another artist’s name in your title only to rank higher
• Credit featured artists clearly
• Avoid keyword spam or misleading “official” claims when not accurate
• Keep metadata clean so fans and systems can identify your release

7. Conduct

Artists on ZongaMack should:

• Respect fans, staff, and other creators
• Avoid harassment, scams, and deceptive promotion
• Not attempt to manipulate the service in harmful ways
• Use support channels clearly and without abuse

8. Review, removal, and access

ZongaMack may:

• Approve, reject, or delay submissions
• Remove content that breaks policy or law
• Limit uploads or suspend creator access when needed

These actions protect listeners, rightsholders, and the quality of the catalog.
