ZongaMack is a music streaming platform focused on discovery, playback, and creator publishing. We aim to keep the catalog useful, lawful, and respectful for fans and artists.

2. Allowed content

In general, the following may be published when you have the rights and follow these Terms and policies:

• Original music and authorized releases
• Official or authorized artwork related to those releases
• Artist profile information, biographies, and social links you control
• Lyrics and descriptions you have the right to publish
• Music videos and related media you are authorized to distribute
• Lifestyle or promotional updates that follow this Policy and Community Guidelines

3. Rights and ownership

You may only submit content you own or are fully licensed to use on ZongaMack. That includes:

• Sound recordings and compositions
• Featured artist permissions
• Samples, interpolations, and covers (where lawfully cleared)
• Cover art, logos, and images
• Lyrics and written materials

4. Prohibited content

Do not submit or publish content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Impersonates another artist, person, brand, or organisation
• Is illegal under applicable law
• Promotes extreme violence, terrorism, or serious harm
• Contains sexual content involving minors, or any exploitative sexual content
• Is primarily designed to harass, threaten, or incite hatred against people or groups
• Contains malware, phishing, or deceptive harmful links
• Is spam, scams, or misleading “get rich” / fake offer material
• Misrepresents AI-generated or heavily synthetic content in a deceptive way where disclosure is reasonably expected

5. Quality and presentation

ZongaMack may refuse or remove content that is broken, unplayable, clearly incomplete, or presented in a way that harms discovery (for example misleading titles, duplicate spam uploads, or artwork that is not suitable for a public catalog). We may also limit repeated low-quality or bulk submissions.

6. Metadata and titles

Titles, artist names, credits, and descriptions should be accurate and not misleading. Do not:

• Insert another famous artist’s name to hijack search or discovery
• Use excessive tags, keywords, or unrelated terms in titles
• Present fan content as official when it is not

7. Review and moderation

Creator submissions may be reviewed before they go live. ZongaMack may approve, reject, delay, edit metadata for clarity, or remove content at any time when needed to enforce this Policy, our Terms, or the law. Approval of one submission does not guarantee approval of future submissions.

9. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may:
