1. Overview

Approved creators may be eligible for earnings related to activity on ZongaMack. Payout pools and amounts depend on what the platform earns from sources such as advertising, promotions, partnerships, and other commercial activity. Because those amounts change, creator earnings can also change.

ZongaMack does not guarantee a minimum income, a fixed rate per play, or that every track will generate earnings.

2. Who is eligible

• You must be an approved creator on ZongaMack
• Your artist profile and releases must follow our Terms, Content Policy, and Artist Guidelines
• Content under rights disputes, policy removals, or incomplete account details may be excluded from payouts

3. How earnings are funded

Creator payouts are supported by ZongaMack’s available commercial results, which may include:

• Advertising
• Promotions
• Partnerships
• Other approved platform revenue

Daily and monthly platform earnings vary. Your balance, if any, is calculated according to ZongaMack’s internal allocation rules for eligible creators and eligible activity during the relevant period.

4. Balances and estimates

Where earnings tools are shown in your creator area, figures may be estimates until a withdrawal is approved. Final payable amounts can be adjusted for fraud checks, takedowns, corrections, or policy enforcement.

5. Minimum withdrawal

• Nigeria (Opay): minimum withdrawal USD $30
• Outside Nigeria (Payoneer): minimum withdrawal USD $60

You can request a withdrawal only when your available balance meets the minimum for your payout method. ZongaMack may change minimums with notice on this page.

6. Payout methods

Nigeria — Opay

• Available to creators receiving payouts in Nigeria
• Minimum: $30
• You must provide accurate Opay account details in your own name (or as we approve in writing)

Outside Nigeria — Payoneer

• Available to eligible non-Nigerian payout requests
• Minimum: $60
• You must provide a valid Payoneer account you control

We may refuse payouts to third-party accounts, mismatched names, or details that fail verification.

7. Withdrawal process

1. Reach the minimum balance for your method ($30 Opay / $60 Payoneer)
2. Submit a withdrawal request through the creator tools when available, or contact Artist Support with your artist name and account email
3. We review the request (eligibility, rights status, and account checks)
4. Approved payouts are sent to your Opay or Payoneer details

Processing times vary. Delays can happen during verification, high volume, public holidays, or payment-provider issues.

8. Taxes and your responsibility

You are responsible for any taxes, charges, or reporting obligations that apply to money you receive. ZongaMack does not provide personal tax advice.

9. Suspensions and adjustments

We may withhold, reverse, or adjust earnings when we reasonably believe there is:

• Fraud, artificial activity, or abuse
• Copyright or rights problems
• Policy violations
• Incorrect account or payout information
