1. Our position

ZongaMack is a music streaming platform. We expect every creator to upload only content they own or are fully licensed to distribute. Unauthorized use of someone else’s music, artwork, lyrics, or other protected material is not allowed.

2. For creators

Before submitting content, confirm that you have:

• Rights to the sound recording and underlying composition (or valid licences)
• Permission for featured artists, samples, and interpolations
• Rights to cover art and any third-party images or logos
• Authority to grant ZongaMack a licence to stream and display the content on the service

Submitting content you do not control may lead to removal of the content, suspension of creator access, and other action under our Terms of Service.

3. Report copyright infringement

If you believe content on ZongaMack infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes all of the following:

• Your full legal name and contact details (email and, if possible, phone number)
• A description of the copyrighted work you own or control
• The exact content on ZongaMack that you believe infringes (title, artist name, and a direct link)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable for email notices)

Incomplete notices may delay our response. We may share your notice with the uploader so they can respond.

5. What we do after a notice

When we receive a valid notice, we may:

• Remove or restrict access to the reported content
• Notify the user who submitted the content
• Request additional information from either party
• Take account-level action for repeated or serious infringement

We aim to act promptly on complete notices. Response times can vary with the complexity of the claim.

6. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or that you are authorized to use the work, you may send a counter-notice including:

• Your full legal name and contact details
• Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of applicable law that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Consent to the relevant jurisdiction for dispute resolution as required by applicable law
• Your physical or electronic signature

7. Repeat infringement

ZongaMack may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights. We may also remove content and restrict uploads while a dispute is reviewed.

8. Other rights (trademark, privacy, publicity)

For trademark misuse, impersonation, or unauthorized use of a person’s name or image, contact us with a clear description of the issue, your relationship to the right, and a link to the content. We will review and take appropriate action under our Terms and policies.
